Touch Tone Commander (TTC) is a peripheral hardware designed for working with a wide variety of digital/IP phone and full range of the Multisuns call recorders. TTC is the device plugged in between the handset coil cord and the phone.
TTC provides the technical essence that the user can shoot touch-tones in any combination from 0-9, # and * from place of incapability to phone recorder logger and reach the goal of tagging a special ID to a call recording. Because TTC includes a circuit that outputs the same audio the user hears on the handset, which means the right mix of the user’s voice and the off-premise caller’s voice, it assures the call recordings sound great. Because TTC also includes a circuit that enables the voice recorder logger to implement recording start/stop by line voltage detect, it relieves the potential for noise recordings.
Some VoIP phones don’t provide side-tone, which means you can’t hear your own voice in your ear when you’re speaking. On those types of VoIP phones, TTC can still allow the call recorder to record both outside and inside callers.
TTC device model number is TC-100P, which is fully compatible with EULS-3000 (analog interface), EULS-3000S (analog interface), BRS-5003, BRS-800, and TCR-2000.
