Designed as a telephone billing system (a.k.a. Call Accounting System) for medium sized office with light to medium telephone call traffic. It works with major PABX/KTS available in the market, such as Alcatel, Avaya, Ericsson, Fujitsu, LG Goldstar, Harris, Hitachi, Hybrex, Iwatsu, Meisei, Mitel, NEC, Nortel, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Siemens, Telrad, Toshiba, etc. Reports produced by the system include: detailed or summary reports on over-all telephone usage, time specific reports, and user-specific reports.


An advanced version of DATACOM TMS WIN, which is designed for use in a medium to large sized office environment, with heavy telephone call traffic. It has graphical report (pie, line, bar chart) and automatic reporting through email. It is possible to be expanded for multi-sites PABXs.


Designed for 3-star or above hotels and hospitals, and has been developed to interface the establishment’s PABX system with the computerized Front Office Computer. Powerful and versatile, it also performs all of the hotels Property Management System Interface (PMSI) functions, such as BAR/UNBAR, GUEST NAME DISPLAY, AUTOMATIC WAKE-UP CALL, MESSAGE WAITING LAMP, DO NOT DISTURB, MINIBAR CHARGE POSTING, and ROOM STATUS. An optional Voice Mail may also be provided to room upon a guest checks-in and automatically be terminated when a guest checks-out. It has been designed to interface flawlessly with vast major Front Office Computers in use today, such as: CHARMS, CLS, ECI, FIDELIO, HIS, LANMARK, LIBICA, etc.
